What's The Deal?
I am looking into doing some deals that require more money than I have. I am not very fimiliar with the idea of finding individual lenders to finance these deals. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should look for or where to look? I really want to learn how to do short sales and forclosures......so please be patient. Thanks. Steena :-D

find a deal, call up and investor and tell him/her that you found a deal but you do not have the funds to do it, show them the figures and why it's a good deal..if it is a good deal they will go for it and most likely pay you something for your time
