Welcome to PropBot.com! We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit or use our website, mobile app, and services (collectively, the Services).

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us as well as certain data gathered automatically when you interact with the Services.

2.1. Information You Provide to Us

When you use our Services, we may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, address.

Account Information: Username, password, profile picture.

Payment Information: Credit card details, billing address (if applicable).

2.2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you interact with our Services, we automatically collect certain information, such as:

Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device model.

Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the site, links clicked.

2.3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools for site operation, analytics, and advertising measurement. This includes Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel (used for ChatGPT ads). These tools may store first-party attribution data in your browser and send measurement events to Google and OpenAI so we can tell whether an ad visit led to an action on PropBot.

Advertising measurement events are limited to actions such as full registration, starting free document signing, creating a free property listing, requesting a solution ebook, sales-contact leads, and starting checkout. We do not send raw form answers, names, emails, phone numbers, or PropBot account or property IDs in these conversion events.

By using the Services, you agree to this analytics and advertising measurement as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not show a separate cookie or advertising-consent popup. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site and measurement features may not work if you do.

2.4. Public Profiles

Some information you add to PropBot can be seen by other signed-in members when a profile is public. That includes a summary in the Users directory and the public profile page opened from that directory. Company and group pages are separate business profiles. They are not the same as your personal profile.

You control personal profile visibility in your profile settings. Showing your email is a separate choice. Followers and following lists stay hidden unless you turn on network visibility. Directory cards do not include your email address, phone number, or password.

If you have not saved newer profile settings yet, PropBot may use an older account flag to decide whether your personal profile is public. Once you save profile settings, those settings control the public profile page. Email visibility stays a separate setting.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Services.

• To process payments and transactions.

• To communicate with you, including sending updates and promotional offers.

• To analyze usage and improve our Services.

• To protect the security and integrity of our Services.

• To show public personal profiles and business directory listings when you choose to make that information public.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

Service Providers: Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors or cloud storage providers.

Advertising and analytics partners: We use Google and OpenAI to measure ads and site usage. Those companies may receive device and usage signals (for example IP address, browser type, pages or events related to an ad visit) so they can attribute conversions. This is advertising measurement, not a sale of your customer records.

Legal Authorities: When required by law, or to protect our rights, we may share your information with law enforcement or other authorities.

Signed-in members: When a personal or business profile is public, other signed-in members may view the public summary and profile page. This is not a sale of your information.

Third-Party Estimates or Quotes: When you request an estimate or quote from a PropBot Service Provider, we may share your phone number and job site address to help them deliver an informed estimate after you click “Request Estimate” or “Request Quote.”

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: Ask us to update or correct inaccurate information.

Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.

Opt-out: Opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser. We do not provide a separate on-site advertising-cookie consent button.

Profile visibility: Change whether your personal profile is public, whether your email can appear on that profile, and whether other people can see your followers and following lists.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
