Using Banks Online Info For Mortgage
Does anyone use any of the banks online systems for checking out owners mortgages?
I have a owner asking me for help with their house and I thought maybe instead of doing the entire form thing to get release I could just use their online option and log in and get the loan info.
I've done that. I recommend that the first time you do it, do it on your laptop in the owner's presence. That way you'll have their social security numbers, and any other 'secret' info you may need to access the on-line report.
Don't count on too much info.
