Looking For An Agent And Mentoring
I am newbie rehabber in laurel, MD and i am looking for a reliable realestate agent and a mentor. I already have financing and am ready to buy properties but it seems like all the agents that I have dealt with have no time to take me through the process. I have read Myers rehabbing book and it is helped alot i need a realble agent and good mentoring. Any help?

I find it hard to believe that no Real Estate Agent would not grab you in a minute. You sir are that gem of gems a repeat and repeat customer. I suggest you move to California at once. Call me on arrival.
In the meantime when faced with such a problem the perfect answer is go to the head of the Realty Board, call him and explain where you are at and where you wish to go.
A man that has risen by hook and lots of crook to the exhaulted rank of head of the realty board, owes many favors and among his mass of friends and hangerons will be your mentor and teacher and Real Estate Agent Parfectamont. Go, enjoy beautify the world, god knows it needs it.

Thanks for the inspiration. It funny that as I was complaining that I recieved a call from a realtor that I have been trying to build a realtionship with in the past. He informed me that he just found a hud fourclosed property that was listed as 47K and had a ARV of around 75K. I put in a bid for it after I quickly drove out to the area and also checked the COMPS. Wish me luck on this one. the nice thing is that if I win the Bid and I dont like the interior I can walk away. I will keep you posted.
