24 HR-HELP NEEDED-What % do most of you offer a bank on a
$100k-foreclosure? In a good neoighbor hood-if you ask them to pay ALL closing cost -will they? This way i would not have to come up with any money for closing-do i have this right? I am new at this end. Thanks
