Is L.A./Cali A Good REI Area?
I'm doing investing in Tennessee in a hot area. I'll be moving to Los Angeles next month. I will contine doing rehab stuff in Tennessee with a parnter until I learn the Cali/LA market.
My question is, is this a good area to do REI investing in. I did some searches on net and hardly found any foreclosures or REO's. A friend of mine said it is a hot market, I just need to go there and get my feet wet first along with joing a club.
Anybody got any knowledge of the LA/California area?
