Tax Liens from what I can tell, have a guarenteed return on your money. How much varies in accordance with the interest rates per state. I am very interested in Tax Sales/ lien invetsting. Any insight anyone can give would be appreciated.

Check out the tax lein forum on the residential side- use the button on the top left, then select "forums". Lots of good stuff there.
