Process Of Assigning Contracts??
Can anyone give me a step by step or details of what it takes to assign a contract to another investor or buyer? I am really at info. overload with this REI stuff , and I am just trying to find myself (from an REI perspective, not personal :lol: ) Any help would be welcome!!

If all you are looking for is the "assignment process" it is very easy.
You simply fill out an assignment form which references you and your buyer, and the contract that you are assigning. It will show the consideration in which you are receiving for doing the assignment as well.
It is a SUPER SIMPLE process. I on occasion just write on the front page of the contract:
I Steve Cook assign all of my rights, title and interest in this contract to John Doe for the consideration of $5000.
Then I sign it.
It can be that simple.
