Newbie In Need Of Financial Help
Hello everyone,
I am looking at 2 houses that I have interest on base on feedback from owners. They sound flexible and are willing to assist in the financing. However , I am trying to get a mortgage but my credit is not in the best standing. Can anyone help?

Talk to some mortgage brokers and see what financing options may be available to you with your type of credit.
Why don't you wholesale it and then just move on. Ask the seller if he would finance the deal with little money down from you.
