Contracts
I have heard two different opinions on having a written contract between a Bird dog and Investor. I'm a Bird dog starting to line up investors and still haven't got a good feel on this. What is the prevailing opinion on this matter? Any advice is greatly appreciated. signed Confused

Trying to prove the terms of an oral contract are difficult. Go with the written agreement.
