Peter Conti's book "Making big money.........."
This is an awesome book on Lease purchase investing.
I was thumbing through it today and found I couldnt put it down it was so packed full of info.
If you want to learn about Lease Option Investing then this book is the one to get. He covers areas of L/O that Carlton didnt go into and for 19.00 its worth adding to the CS course.

I got that book and it got me interested. It's pretty good but it's full of "filler" which is a lot of anecdotes to get you excited. The book is kind of like a teaser to get you to purchase their courses. I don't think you need to spend more than what you do on the book. I learned a lot from it though. I like the books by Robert Shemin. Has anyone read his stuff? Very logical and common sensical. Is that a word?

I downloaded a free book by Peter Conti and David Finkel called " Creating Multiple Streams of Income ... " I'm reading it now, it's pretty good so far. Is it the same one your talking about?

It is actually a different book they are referring to. The book is titled "Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate: without tenants, Banks, or Rehab projects"
