Investment portfolio
Have a large portfolio 42 properties (SFR and Land) in 14 different states, willing to sell a a great price, easy 20% sweat equity.....Would consider splitting them up and could offer financing on individual properties. Are these properties in your personal portfolio or are you brokering for other people since they are in 14 different states.
Kinda have to watch out for people who advertise which is against the policy of this board.
