Bill Effros 5 Day Home Sale
I was wondering if anyone here has ever heard of Bill Effros's 5 day home sale technique? Have you tried it? What was the outcome? I ran accross it last night in my never ending quest for information and it sounds quite interesting.

I don't even have that kind of info yet, as I haven't tried to sell my properties. However, I will soon be in that arena and will let you know! The question about the book was posed because i came accross it on the net and was just curious. You know how it is, if it sounds good to be true....Question It!

I just read where you got your first deal, so you are on your way, this is a good thing.
I have read many comments about the program you referred to, unfortunatley not very good things. This method of selling can dissapoint a lot of sellers who are unfamiliar with the bidding process of selling.
If you have a problem selling this property then come on back, there are plenty of members here who can give you some very creatives ideas.
I will even tell the story of two elderly ladies beating each other over the head with their purses, on who got to the property first on a property I was selling.
In one hand was the purse in the other their check books. More fun than 5 days anyway.
