I am not sure which question you are answering to but if is the two years question, yes you are missing the first part of the question where I asked about selling my current residence to buy bigger/better in a descent school district. only, I do not have 75% to put down which is the only way I can afford the mortgage for that kind of house in NY where I live. I also asked if anyone doing birdogging can help me find a house or help me on how to obtain the info on a house
thats plenty of time you probably could take your time fixing up no hurry if 2 yrs is the time frame or maybe im missing something.
