What docs do you experienced wholesalers get the buyer to sign?
1. An Assignment of Contract, of course
2. The other things that realtors do?
Mold disclosure? lead disclosure?
3. Buyer disclosure (I have copy of one from a guru). It basically includes:
(i)I have owned for less than 1 yr
(ii)I have never lived in it
(iii)as is condition
(iv)not acting as agent
What else needs to be covered?
