Parking Enforcement Starts This Week
Greetings and Happy New Year Vantage Point! I just wanted to remind everyone that for the 2024 Year owners/residents will need parking permits at Vantage Point and additionally provide access to management. This is just a friendly reminder that parking enforcement begins this coming Monday - January 1, 2024. Please do not let your vehicle get towed!
We have sent three letters to all owners of record, posted four notices to all doors at Vantage Point, and sent well over five notices via e-mail (as well as reminders with the monthly billing) to all owners regarding the new parking program since October 2023.
If you have not picked up your parking permit from the Marathon Property Solutions office - please do so. Authorized owners and property managers may pick up the passes during normal business hours. Make sure to bring a key to your unit for emergency maintenance needs!
Our offices are located at 3704 Old Battleground Road, Greensboro, NC, 27410.
We are open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
We are closed for New Years Day - Monday, January 1, 2024.
