Friendly Reminder: HOA Dues go up 10% this month
If you haven''t received your billing statement, you soon will be. The board voted to increase dues back in December for 2021 due to the economy changing and needed repairs to the Vantage Point. We are continually focused on improving the area and the exterior of the units. Water repairs have been consuming a lot of resources, but we are optimistic that with this increase we can continue to focus on capital improvements.
