    Hello,

John's materials are very good and a good place to start. You have already found one of the best sites on the web.

Michigan no longer has tax liens. They sell deeds.

List of Deed and Lien States
Not my site just a handy map. I like visuals.

The best thing to do to get started is buy John's course, or do some studying, and just start. I find many people "think about doing it" for years.

If you decide you don't like John's course you can buy another one with the profits you made from reading John's course.

As far as finding out more info. Who in your State holds the sales? Who collects taxes? Have you called them? The answer to that is always a "no".

That's why there is so much room in this business. Everyone is looking for an A, B, C now I'm Rich program. Guess I was too.

As a shoe company would say. Just do it.

    Good luck,
    Steve

    Hello Michigan Newbie,

I am a newbie from Michigan and I seen the ad last night. Kinda of interesting ugh. Looking for some investors in Michigan. Started my marketing and trying to build my website. Good luck and we will talk again.
