What are the mechanics for actually getting the deed? Do the owners just have it handy and you take it and then do what? Its the little things that get me... Any help would be appreciated... Paola
Deeds are easy. They can be found at office depot. Add the names and property description and that is pretty much it. Have the seller notarize it and get it recorded at the county records office office. Always have a title search or buy a title policy. Be sure to get a deed with a warranty because title companies may not insure quit claim deeds. Just some basics to help
