Anyone Have A Lein Relese Form?
I bought my last house with money I borrowed from my brother and he put a lein on the property so my refi would pay him back. Now he needs to relese the lein and I can't find a proper form. Would a quit claim work? or if you have an actual lein release form I would appreciate it. Thanks a lot. Josh :-o [addsig]

Contact your title company. You did not describe what type of Lien it is? Mortgage?
