When Short Sale Is Approved Can I Sell It Through MLS As Me Being Agent?Thanks
When I get a short sale approved can I listed on Mls since Im going to be a real estate agent and can I sell it to buyer who is represented by another agent and has loan approved or do I need to sell it for cash or to someone who has funds availaible as investors only, sinceI don’t have cash or funds?
I guess Im asking for Short sales exit startegies.

Generally, a short sale demand letter (approval) requires the named purchaser close within 30 days.

Many investors make an MLS printout and listing agreement a requirement of the submission package.
How are you getting it approved? Are you buying it?
