Anyone do shorts or have info on American Servicing Co (ASC), Alliance Bank Co, or Chase. I am working a file on each of these and would like any info.
We could each be negotiating an ASC, Alliance Bank, or Chase preforeclosure short sale simultaneously.... but the likelihood is each mortgage will be owned by a different investor, each with its own workout criteria.
