I have a question about delaying a sale in nj In nj we have a thing called a STATUTORY ADJOURNMENT can any one help me delay this sale and tell me how i can file a statutory adjournment?

It's referred to as a 'discretionary adjournment' and is afforded (at his pleasure) by the County Sheriff.
The sale may be delayed via (his) discretionary adjournment for 2, 2 week periods for a maximum of 4 weeks... provided you can demonstrate a valid reason for him to delay the sale.
Ther request is typically made in writing by the Homeowner, and submitted to the Sheriff accompanied by a small fee.
