Lenders With No Seasoning Issues?
Hi, i am in the process of doing an a-b-c close on a short sale. I wanted to know if you could provied a list of end lenders that would not have an issue with funding there buyer who is buying it from me. Once i Buy it and close my side of the transaction then that same day sell it to them at a discount. So the lender wont have to worry about an inflated price.
Anyone have any lenders who fund these kind of deals?

The bigger issue than funding w/ this structure is finding a escrow/title company that will close it.
Well i have that already. I use old school title company. So far there seems to be no issues
Well that seems to be the million dollar question that everyone wants to know. If you look thru the posts, this question has been asked hundreds of times. I have a friend who uses Old School Title as well. I thought about it, and figured who would better know than them since they do these types of deals anyway. Other than that, you may want to try some of the local credit unions in your area...
