What To Do With This Old AC Window Unit?
The house I just started rehabbing has an AC window unit which I will be replacing with central heat and air throughout the house.
What do you all do with those old (and fully functional window units)? Do you try to sell it? If so, where?
Granted that it is in good condition, I would donate it to Habitat for Humanity ReUse Center and take a market value tax deduction.

If it is working, you can sell it to any pawn shop or rental property investor. If it's not working but a big unit, you might see if a used appliance place can fix it.
