How To Work Lease
I have a couple that wants to rent my property here in Va, but they are in Conn and will not be here until a couple of weeks. They walked thru the house doing my rehab phase and said that they wanted it. since then i have been dealing with the sister in-law with update status. Now everything is ready, they are willing to pay one months rent and deposit. my problem is that i fly back to iraq in a couple of days and i am not sure how to work the lease out before i leave. I am thinking of sending it Fedex and having them send it back ASAP, but i am open to other ideas if anyone have any.
