I am in Port Saint Lucie I have seen some people get great deals mostly with cash however most hurricane damaged homes are being sold with money to fix the roof or whatever to the buyer

not sure about naples, but ft myers and cape coral is supposedly a sellers market. prices are increasing on homes and lots. Great appreciation over the past two years and seems like there is still more left?

Naples is appreciating amazingly fast, so is Cape Coral. If you are looking for cashflow deals, Ft Myers is still a good place. Cheap duplex in Naples go for $220-$250k, in Cape Coral, roughly the same, in Ft Myers they are more around $100-$120k but there are still deals out there.

it's pretty common to make $25-$50k in Naples on a spec home or pre-construction in a community.

Naples (and any other Florida city within 10 miles of the coast) is rapidly appreciating with no end in sight.

Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda are nearby, and hurricane damages have created some deals, but they are going fast.
