Finding The Right People To Do The Job
I am starting my first rehab project and I want to be the general contractor. I have gotten quotes from electricians, plumbers, cabinets, tilers. The only area I am unsure about is demolition and tearing down a wall and putting up columns. What type of person does this type of work. For example, where do you find a person to tear out a bathroom, tear down a wall and where do you find a person who will know if a wall is load bearing.
Thanks Bluefox. What type of person do you hire to completely demo a bathroom. Are there people you can hire to do that type of work.

You are getting a new panel large panel that has room for additional circuits? Could this panel fit in the location of the existing panel?
I dot know about the code in your area but here in NJ an Inspector would have a field day with that one. meter pan out side is ok but thats about it. Why would you want it outside the house?
