Anyone Ever Read This Book?
Investing in Real Estate by Robert J. Hill, II
We have 2 rental properties and we are looking at jumping into more, but first we went to be well educated on rei. Any suggestions on good books?? Also, we are undecided on whether to use contractors or do repairs ourself since husband can do most of the work. HOw do you make this call??
