Renting To College Students, Good Idea Or Asking Or Trouble?
Kind of up in arms about whether renting to college students would be a good idea or not. I have looked at a few houses that do rent to college students and I see that you can have a pretty good cash flow on these deals and I suppose you could actually just buy single family homes and rent them to college students. What are your thoughts on this? Bad idea or good idea?
Another thing that might be interesting is if you ever have to evict a college student and get a judgment against them, you have a much higher likelihood of getting your money. Usually, college students eventually want to pay off bad debts to get their record clean to get a mortgage or buy a business.
