Hi Chris and Jenny. My own experience with foreclosure websites are that any "free" access or trials that you might get are simply teasers to get you to subscribe to their website. Some of them seem to be relatively up to date, so it appears that the people that run them are trying to keep them up to date. However, my suggestion is that you deal directly with public records or the organizations who are selling the properties.
