hmmm...a buddy of mine lives across the street from a cemetery and i never really thought twice about it. Alot of people take walks through and their dogs through it...so it might actually be more of greenspace?

I would think it might be a plus since most cemeteries are well landscaped and nicely maintained. I would also think it is a neutral issue with regard to property value since any perterbation in price caused by the cemetery would alter both price at purchase time and time of sale. You could certainly check this out by talking to local RE agents.
To pre-empt anyone else, I have to say noisy neighbors should not be a problem!
"Plenty of parking, and QUIET NEIGHBORS," is how I position my props on one street that backs to a huge cemetery. You can look out over the quiet green cemetery from the upstairs back windows of the houses.
No problem. No one seems to have issues with it. Especially because the cemetery does a good job of blocking the view of the "projects" just on the other side, which WOULD have an impact on my rentals.
Dont do it in New Orleans...too superstitious...both black and white, you would lose tenants. The first time they got in a car accident, they would blame it on the cemetary.
We ONLY do this after we have kilzed where we know the odors are coming from. You might have some funk in the duct work if pet urine on in there.
Also take a blacklight around with you and see where the stains are. The blacklight will show white spots on the floor/carpet where the pets did their business.
I have run a janitorial cleaning company for years and you can try all of the Ozium, Digester type products and they work to a point, but I would use an ozone machine. Call a few reputiable cleaning companies in your area and see if they offer them and how much they would charge to leave one overnight. They work wonders. A lot of times they use these machines to get rid of the smoke smell in hotel rooms and cars. Hope this helps.

We use this to get rid of large odors in a place. The O6 help break down smells, and acts like setting the inside of the house outdoors.
