Problems Caused By Tenant
I have tenant that is trying to cost me expensive repairs with plumbing. I think she is doing things to the plumbing so I can have a repair bill. How do I get her to pay the bill if she caused the problem like getting hair weave stuck in drain.
Also what can I do to get money for two months she did not pay rent.
What can I do also if she tears up the place before she ends her lease in October 2010?
What can I do to report her so that other owner/landlord will know about her and somethings she may do?

You can certainly do all that...but I would be really nice to her and remind her that deductions will be taken from the deposit to the extent damage is not normal wear and tear. There is no upside to NOT being nice to her at this point. Hope for the best, wish her luck, etc.
Concerning "... two months she did not pay rent." itlot, between your tenant not paying and tearing the place up, I think you need to file eviction immediately.
