In Need Of A Landlords Maintance Checklist
I am looking for a checklist to do quartly. We want to start being more informed on needed necessary repairs etc. and are looking for a standard form or a form that someone has typed themselves to make it work for them. We do single family dwelling rentals and have a desire to keep our places looking nice and feel if we do this and come by to see renters they will do less damages in the end... Help if anyone has a form of any kind would be great..
