HELP, I Need To Get Tenant Out
Hi, I have a tenant that has not paid for 2 months, He is on a month to month basis, I already gave him 3 days notice,any one know good company in south florida to help me with the evicition or would I be able to do it myself.

I did this once.
Pay THEM to move. They were out in 3-days. It was fast and well worth it as this person was living in the same condo w/ me. Very stressful situation.
