Investment Clubs In Bay Area
Does anyone know of any good REI clubs in the Bay Area. I'm learning a lot of the stuff on my own from reading books, websites, and the law library on foreclosures and tax liens/deeds. It would be nice to meet similar folks who share the same interests and learn from them too.
I find myself very inefficient in doing research for foreclosure properties probably because I look through everything. Also, the constant postponements for the foreclosure auction is driving me crazy. I have a chunk of cash sitting on the sideline doing nothing. I only have around $200K so I can't go after a lot of properties in the Bay Area. Also, it seems like those in the know know when the auctions will be postponed ahead of time. I call to check the day of the auction to check. Is that what the pros do also or do they have other methods/sources to check?
