Get That Equity
I was attempting to get a home equity loan on an home to fix it up and the bank said i needed home owners insurance and that it had to be where i lived.
Who would insure a home with extensive repair needed?
Is there another way to borrow the equity and get it fixed up
I have houses that have roofs that are at the end of their useful life and have gotten full retail. I do not replace roofs unless they are leaking.
