In Need Of Private Investor
I am having trouble getting suitable financing. I would rather go through a Private investor who will take a quick profit over a 30year ammortization. See my profile if you are interested.
Mortgage brokers are not helping at the moment. I have had 4 not even return my call. Another that I have not heard from in days even when he said he had the money for me. I don't understand the way the broker business works I guess. 
first of all - you're obviously going to need an extension. If the value is what you say it is (may need an appraisal), I think this may work....let me know if you can do these things.....and then I will call you back....
