David Lindahl Boot Camp
Anyone gone to or heard anything about David Lindahl's "apartment riches" boot camp? There's one next month in Vegas I'm considering going to, but I want to make sure there's some value in it before I shell out the money. Thanks!

Good to meet you and welcome aboard! I bought Dave Lindahl's course at the Orlando Convention. I met him and attended his seminar. He has been very successful with what he does. I personally am not sold on boot camps. I feel that after I have purchased a course, for the cost of a boot camp I can purchase at least one property. If I did not learn enough from the course to buy a property, then why should I expect a boot camp to produce any better results? I am however anxious to see if he lives up to his promise to reimburse me the cost of the course if I do a deal within 90 days. I am scheduled to close on a property by the end of this month that falls right in line with his "chunker" theory. I suspect not since the promise was not in writing. I don't think I'll cause much of a fuss since I'll do ok when my tenant buyer refinances within 2 years. It only takes one deal to pay for a course (or boot camp) and it should be viewed as invaluable knowledge and money well spent. The value in any course or boot camp is whether or not you put what you've learned to use. Good luck!
