OLder Mobile Home

I am new at this and would like some input from the experts. I can get a older l969 mobile home next a few hundred bucks. It has been 1/2 remolded and needs to be finished. 1 bed room + extra room. All apliances are included . after this is fixed up what can I expect to get for it ? Lot rent is low $300 whats is worth ? thanks in advance for your help
