I am interested in a mobile home, but do not know how it works. Is it like a regular home? Do I need a realtor? Can I use the same standard real estate contract to buy it? Do I need a tittle company?

    Thank you for your information. It is not real property, because the land is rented. It is only the mobile home itself.
