Mobile Home Park ???
Hi All, I dont post much but have been watching for some time and have been doing REI for a few years now....
I am entertaining the idea of buying a park in CA. Unfortunately dirt nd Gold are similar price out here so I am curious about a few things.....First where do I find good up to date listings (I know and have used www.mobilehomepark.com) but apparently they sale pretty fast and the huge list for my area has sold out....secondly what is an average price per space I should expect to pay in an area where spaces go for 200-300 a month...I dont want to develop because of the time it takes to start seeing cash flow so I want a turn key (even if it is a fixer).....would like probably 40-60 spaces...anyone know of any parks in N.CA right now that are for sale.........Thanks to all that reply......I have searhed many of the forums to find info on this and was hoping to get some local knowledge as well
