Door Hangers, Do They Work Well?
I'm looking to farm several areas soon when I get the money by the use of door hangers. Anyone have good luck with them? I realize that I have to send out these hangers at least once a month to get decent exposure, but are they worth it for the price?
Anyone know a company that will do them and send them out without costing TOO much? My advertising budget is quite low for now so I want to keep putting out those hangers on a regular basis and not run out of money all of a sudden.
Any other tips? BTW I'm going to have these hangers focus on buying pre-FC or houses in FC just incase that bit of info may better explain what I intend to do.

Door hangers work.....It takes an average of 7 times to mail some one before they relize what you are sending them...At least with door hangers they read it on the way to the trash can

What I have found is that doorhangers work extremely well in targeted areas.
I pay $350.00 for 5000 of them. It cost me around $400.00 for a company to put them out for me and I usually land around 1-2 deals.

Where did you find a company to do the doorhangers?...what would they be under in the Yellow Pages? There are plenty of mailing companies but I haven't found anyone who does door hangers or even mailbox hangers. Any guidance would be grand.
$350 for 5000 sounds a good deal esp as they have a special cut ...

I used to hang flyers for $8 an hour while in high school. Advertise at local high schools, take out a couple of kids, and watch them the first and soon, just drop em off and pick them up. Of course this only works at large apartments. And if they dont sweat at all, fire them.
