What To Say And How To Get Sellers Over The Phone?
What can I ask sellers to find out if they will be a good candidate to do a Lease to purchase? I need communication phrases to say over the phone. Ie I’m an investor ( but I‘m not so what else can I say?) How can I sound like a trustful reasonable person ( not like an realtor) but good person in general.

Hi Jimmy, I spotted a couple of your posts. I think you would really do well to read a couple of books on lease options. Most of them have some good examples of what to say to sellers and buyers when dealing with them on the phone or in person. Also, regarding your other post, these books go over contracts to use for a lease option deal. I have used two, one for the lease agreement and a second for the option. Every mentor or book I have seen recommends this. May be other options, but this is the advice I went with. The last L/O book I read was by Wendy Patton, "Lease Options and Subject-To Deals." It definately covered the basics and then some.
There are a lot of good resources in the L/O forum here. Try going through a few months worth of old posts. I think you will get info there too.

Thanks for the post. But should I tell them im an investor, I have heard and read that ( I;m an Investor ) scars the sellers off. How can I reasure them that it will be the safe and trust me on this, considering this is my first time and ( tell them that its my first time and just bare with me)
