:coolgrin: Has anyone ever done a lease option on a model home? Does anyone have any opinions on that. What has been the experience with it. From what I have read, it seems to be a pretty good deal with a 20\% margin. :wow:

Yes, a model home. I cam across an advertisement for investing in model homes. You arrange the financing and the model home builder leases the home back from you for an arranged period. At the end of the tract sellout or lease end, the builder converts the home to a livable home. My next step will be to call the company that had the advertising, the ad was a little old.
