Canadian N00b....Wants To LEARN
Greetings all...
My name is Kristian and im 24 living in Ontario Canada...
I recently purchased a RE Course online teaching me all about LO deals and im hooked...i cant get my hands on enough information concerning what i need to do and how to do it....
Problem: I am finding it hard to find a process on how to go about finding homes? i understand its best to find homes that are "for sale by owner" so ok...i call them up and probe them on thier home getting all the information i need...i see the house and i feel this would be a great investment opp...
Now how do i go about approaching the client??? this part im lost...i have the finding and research down but the approach the contract and closing is all a mystery to me...
becasue of my age im going to be finding it a challenge becasue up untill now i have been imersed in the computer world working for Microsoft...the only property i know about it rental property where i go in pay first and last sign a one year lease and done...moved in...
now seeing im in canada i dont see there being much difference only in the contracts....
any advice woudl be great....i would like to have an ongoing discussion here and i work most of the night and seeing im 24 i got plenty of midnight oil to burn...
I want to be #1 and i feel doing this will get me there to get the life i really want...
