How To Get Started In Real Estate Foreclosure

nburns profile photo

I am looking for a good way to get started into foreclosed properties. I would like to buy cheap, fix it up and sell high. I am kind of tired of the corporate world. The regular 9-5. Can any one guide me into this?

I would say almost all the guidance you need is right here on this forum. Your question is too general. What you need to do is read the posts for the last year or so, then ask any specific questions that you still have.

You say that you would like to invest in foreclosures.

There are 3 parts to foreclosure. Pre, auctions, and reo.

After you decide which one you want to start out investing in. Then you can get more help.

Ok. I understand auctions, but what is reo and pre?
Do you have any books to suggest?

you can find some good info in books, but you need some good courses or just post your questions on this site.
