Houston New Home In Foreclosure Need Buyer For Short Sale
I am looking for an investor to short sale a house I own in Spring, near Houston. The first mortgage balance is $120,000. The second mortgage is $22,000. The house is worth $150,000. That is what the new homes in the same neighborhood are selling for. I am already working with the lender providing the required hardship documents to get approval for the short sale. You could offer near full price on the first mortgage and negotiate a deep discount on the second and make a nice profit. If you are experienced and interested, please private message me. Janet

You should contact a realtor with experience in short sales.
Thank you bgross. I am looking for an investor (buyer) who wants to do a short sale. If they happen to be a realtor that is fine too.

Thank you. I appreciate that you explained it more. Is the realtor finding an investor buyer or a retail buyer? Who prepares the short sale offer package to the lender - the realtor or the investor buyer or do you?

The realtor will get any buyer he can via the MLS. Investors are a bit better because they pay cash, but they also want a lower price. The realtor should prepare the short sell package - with your help.
I would say the Lien still exists against the person, but the bank took the property free of the Lien if the Child Support Lien was properly listed as a Defendent in the foreclosure process.

How about this, Anyone have an idea how I can contact someone having to do with this fund or how I can get details, names addresse or anything to get in touch with these people?
