We were working with an owner and just got the authorization (it is a killer property). We called in and it already went to sale at the end of March and the owner didnt even know it. This property is in WI and I cannot get through to GMAC. They say I need to be a realtor or broker. I am willing to pay full price for what they have taken it back for, but I cannot get through and no one will call me back after leaving a message.



Any advice?

    If the property has been taken back, then you have to ask the foreclosing trustee, who is the trustee now that took the property back. Last time i had a problem like that, the only solution to speaking to someone is the trustee. They will negotiate with the bank first. Because they are the ones the realtor will be in contact with. So if you contact them first, your chances of getting a better deal is possible.
