Desperate To Sell! Property In Pre-forclosure
i have a house in Cleveland, Ohio in the Slavic Village area. A colonial, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, finished attic. I owe 56,000 on it. It needs work, mostly cosmetic. The last appraised value is 82,000. this was a rental property and has been vacant for several months. Unfortunate circumstances have caused me to fall behind on the payments and it just went into pre-forclosure. I need to sell quickly. I would offer it for whatever is owed or possibly a short sale.

Click on the TCI realty tab at the top of the page. Follow the prompts to put your property in there as well.
